CAPI was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in January 20, 1978. Its primary purpose is to supply ready mix concrete to various projects within Metro Manila.

In line with the founder’s vision to gradually expand the nature and scope of operation, CAPI then established in 1981 a fully integrated crushing plant located in Agnate, Bulacan to support its batching's with the needed aggregates materials.

CAPI’s crushing plant continue to make known its presence not only as a very reliable partner with the same batching plant but with the corporate market as well. Major markets are within the Luzon, NCR areas.

Kester Grant College, Philippines is the undergraduate degree educational arm of the International Cultural Studies and Education Corporation (ICSEC), a subsidiary of the LKG Group of Companies. The degree program includes : Elementary and Secondary Educations, Nursing Degree, and BSBA.

With a global and national perspective and yet, acting locally by producing relevant, accurate and timely outputs, we help our students to find their niche. Operates a vast area of over 12 hectares (120,000 sqm) of warehousing facilities located in Balintawak, Quezon City.

Various international clients occupies a lot of the warehouses fully owned by Glowide, a subsidiary fully owned by LKG group.

HISTORY

The LKG Group of Companies is a global conglomerate operating in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA and Canada.

A well-known family-owned closed corporation by the LIM Family and established by its then Founder, Chairman & Patriarch Kester Grant Lim. LKG commenced its operations in the Philippines before the World War II. Despite the war’s devastation and aftermath, LKG emerged from this period with manufacturing facilities that provided the country with necessities such as shelter and clothing and further advanced with string of factories and land assets.

Since then, LKG has grown to cover more diversified investments with its ability to continuously respond and expand to the varying growing needs of the country -and further backing up and partnering with other leading corporations that reshape the Philippines.
